Our guiding principles


The management of Emirates Refreshments Co (P.J.S.C) is committed to a Quality management and Food safety system to ensure that all work carried out will be performed to the standards specified in the company procedures and in accordance with the applicable sections of the International Code of practice.

To this effect the management is committed to implement and maintain Quality and food safety system through out the process chain and thus in turn achieve reliable, safe and hygienic water.

The Management and Staffs are committed to:

  1. Provide customers the quality and safety of services that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

  2. Comply with the national and international laws and regulations as they apply to different aspects of company’s operations.

          These commitments are achieved through:

  1. Establishing and maintaining Quality management and Food safety system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP- Codex alimentarius guidelines.

  2. Setting Quality objectives, ensuring it through periodic review and developing programs, which ensure the continual improvement Management system.

  3. Providing resources for achieving these goals & investing in technology & training as an integrated system to further customer satisfaction.

  4. Communicating organization’s policy & objectives to all employees and to the public, as required.

  5. Taking appropriate actions in case of deviations from the established action plans.
